Jenny specialises in new writing, movement & mask - building intricate worlds & collaborative ensembles to create visceral performance.
Originally studying at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, later specialising in the Lecoq pedagogy at international school LISPA (now Arthaus Berlin), Jenny has over 25 years experience in both the creative and on stage teams of theatre and film whilst also being an alumni of the Royal Court Young Writer's programme.
Jenny's career highlights include winning the Lost Theatre Festival Award for directing, writing and acting in her one woman show The Fourth Photo (2005), co-directing and writing WW2 spy thriller Station IX (2016) at London West End's Criterion Theatre, winning the London Jermyn Street Theatre's playwriting commission for Glimpse (2018, published by Oberon) and writing, directing and performing in theatre/ opera production Cover Her (2026) at the Alexander theatre in Helsinki.
CURRENTLY : Jenny has just returned to her role as Movement Director with Mama Quilla productions to work on new writing, film and theatre project Women and Political Theatre (2026/27) at Alexandra Palace with director Kay Adshead. More news soon!
