^{With over 25 years experience in theatre, Jenny Ayres specialises in new writing, movement and mask.}

^{Originally studying at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Jenny later specialised in the Lecoq performance and movement pedagogy at international school LISPA (now Arthaus Berlin) and is an alumni of the Royal Court Young Writer's programme. This year has also seen Jenny come under mentorship with Movement Director Kate Flatt OBE for her work in opera.}

^{Jenny's career highlights include winning the London Jermyn Street Theatre's playwriting commission for Glimpse (published by Oberon), playing Helen of Troy in Trojan Women (performed in Troy and amphitheatres across the Mediterranean), winning the Lost Theatre Festival Award for directing, writing and acting in her one woman show The Fourth Photo and staging her WW2 spy thriller, Station IX, at London West End's Criterion Theatre.}

^{UP NEXT : Jenny continues her work as director/ writer/ actor with the Efthymiou Ensemble, as part of co-devised music theatre production Cover Her. After successful performances in London and Europe in 2025, Cover Her will be coming to the prestigious Alexander Theatre, Helsinki in August 2026.}

^{CURRENTLY : Jenny is developing a new play, exploring the impact large companies are currently having on climate change, with Green party member and activist Edward Gildea. Script development and RnD currently underway - watch this space, more news coming!}
